Hat is another “just liked the way it sounded” one, though for different reasons. Smudge just didn’t care what humans called her and didn’t feel like translating, Hat specifically wanted to keep them from knowing something that personal.

Today I got a comment that was not in English, and I don’t know what it says but Google Translate says it says “where did you get roses” but that doesn’t make sense because it’s an illustration of roses, containing no actual roses, so I can only assume something was lost in translation.
My life is full of mysteries.
